While the Duke Gaming administrators and moderators of this forum
will attempt to remove or edit any generally objectionable material
as quickly as possible, it is impossible to review every message.
Therefore you acknowledge that all posts made to these forums express

moderators or webmaster (except for posts by these people) and hence
will not be held liable.
You agree not to post any abusive, obscene, vulgar, slanderous, hateful,
threatening, sexually-oriented or any other material that may violate
any applicable laws. Doing so may lead to you being immediately and
permanently banned (and your service provider being informed). The

All Servers Rules |
1. No Disrespect
a. All players will be respectful and respect each others.
b. Constant flaming and name-calling will not be tolerated.
c. All Games servers are for and used by players of
all ages, and therefore, you will act accordingly.
d. We have a No Bad Language policy in all Games and
no bad words will be tolerated especially if used in excess
or directed insultingly towards another player.
e. Discrimination against other players on the basis
of race, religion, sexual orientation, political preference,
age or gender will be dealt with with serious consequences.
f. No disrespect towards moderators as this will carry
stronger consequences than disrespect towards other players.
g. Any username that a moderator finds offensive or
against Duke Gaming policies will be subject to instant change. The
language policy applies not only to DGIRC, Forums and Teamspeak
but also to in-game messaging, chat and usernames.
2. Hacking and Cheating
a. All players caught cheating or hacking will get an
immediate ban. No questions asked. There are no
exceptions to this rule.
b. Cheaters will be identified through a testing system
defined and evaluated by the moderator team and all information
will be added to our Ban section for all members to see.
c. Each suspected player that is being tested will be
required to post screenshots from the test. These will
be defined during the test. A link to help explain the
screenshot-posting process will be provided.
3. Testing
a. The person being tested will be asked first in all
chat. If that is not successful, a personal page will
be sent. A continuation of playing by the subject will
be treated as refusal to test.
b. Any willful disobedience of the tester's instructions
will be treated as refusal to test. This also includes
horseplay.
c. The testing procedure should be the same among all
of the moderators, but the procedure is subject to change at
any time. It is your responsibility to listen carefully
to the moderator's instructions. If you do not understand
the instructions, ask.
d. Tests will only be performed if there is enough time
to complete the test during the same test.
e. Screenshots must be submitted relatively quickly in
order to protect against tampering.
4. AOW
a. No Base to Base.
b. No Wall-jumping with tanks. Wall
jumping with infantry units is allowed.

Warn = You get
a warning before being qkicked or kicked.
Qkick = This is a quick kick,
you can return to the server after being qkicked.
Kick = This is a kick, you get banned
for 24 hour, then you can return to the server.
Ban = You get banned from the server
which means you cannot come back on, forever or until
you ban is removed.

subject is permissible as long as no one else in the channel
is offended.
2. Creating
Channels
a. Creating channels is a right reserved
strictly to server administrators.
b. Channels will not be created without
a server admin discussion.
c. User-created channels that are not passed
by a server admin will be deleted.
3. Registering
a. You must have a microphone to register. Period.
b. Mysterious or unknown users will be questioned by a
SA before being allowed to register.
4. Rights
a. U - This means that
the person has not registered with our teamspeak server.
b. R - This means that
the person has registered with our teamspeak server.
c. CA - This means that
the person is a Channel Administrator. CA's will be respected
and obeyed. CA will only be given out after SA discussion.
d. SA - This means that
the person is a Server Administrator. These are the "gods" of
teamspeak. Their decisions are final.
e. V and AV - This tag
is required in Moderated channels. They can be given by
SA or CA. This right can be refused to any person who is
being disruptive.
g. Rec - This means that
the person is recording the conversation. Recording my
only be used by SA's. SA's may only use Rec when recording
meeting or business-based discussions. Any person recording
that isn't an SA in this situation will be kicked.
